Resident may not permit more than three (3) Vehicles on the Property unless authorized by Owner in writing. Resident may not park or permit any person to park any Vehicles on the grass. Resident may only permit Vehicles to be parked in assigned drives, assigned garages, and designated common parking areas, which are made a part of or otherwise assigned to the Property. Street parking is not permitted where prohibited by law, the CC&Rs and/or the HOA. Resident may not store or permit any person to store any Vehicles on or adjacent to the Property or on the street or in front of the Property. In accordance with applicable state and local laws, Owner may have towed, at Resident’s expense: (a) any inoperative Vehicle on or adjacent to the Property; (b) any Vehicle parked in violation of this Lease or any additional parking rules made part of this Lease; or (c) any Vehicle parked in violation of any law, local ordinance, CC&Rs or HOA rule. Resident must promptly inform Owner in writing of any changes in Resident’s Vehicle information (type, year, make, model, and license plate number including state) no later than 5 Days after a change.
